Improving Communications - TEXT MESSAGING
We are hoping that we can encourage as many patients as possible to provide us
with a mobile contact number so that we can extend the range of ways that we can
communicate with you.
Initially we are using the service to send out appointment reminders in a bid to
reduce the level of patients who fail to attend an appointment and do not ring
us to cancel.
Join our Patient Forum in person or online!
We are seeking new members for our patient forum to attend meeting or as part of
a "virtual" group who will be able to offer views and suggestions via email on a
